LOVE DOES NOT SUCK. SOMETIMES.

BEST TO BE PREPARED

Everyones gearing up for Liz's birthday party tomorrow. After Preview's Best Dressed Ball, the party to look forward to is Lizs. Haha. She was asking yesterday if the bottles she ordered were enough already. And with the amount she mentioned, parang her sole purpose talaga was to make everyone lasing. Kalurkhay!! As if that wasn't enough, she's going into the whole shindig producing it like an event, with Tim Yap bringing in DJ Mars and DJ Euric, and coordination by Robbie Carmona. Event talaga? Hahaha. Anyhoo, thats the heels that she's going to be wearing above. Rowr. Versace Spring Summer 2011.

TEST DRIVE

I took the fivebyfive shoes out yesterday for a spin, and found it surprisingly comfortable. Pumps as high as this, (around 5 inches) usually end up hurting my feet at 2 hours max. But i wore these from lunch, all through pre-production, and to dinner, plus drinks. Although I was mostly sitting down, but still, other pumps would have my feet begging for mercy 2 hours into my day. I'm sold!

NEW YEAR HAPPINESS

Last night was spent with friends from retail brand F&H, intimate dinner at Ronald Pineda's architectural linearity of a house. Me pa, i super love minimal lines.

Table settings included rabbit ears and charm bracelets. How coot.




Fortune cookies and piggy banks. My cookie read: "Be peaceful, fortune smiles on you." I really hope that's the theme of my year. *fingers crossed*

CLOSER TO HEAVEN

I love Bagiuo. I swear, the weather is just sooo pleasant. Busted out the outerwear and boots. Nippy to the point of sharp crispness. Sigh. I miss the climate already.

This was my breakfast window everyday. I never eat breakfast, but for this, I dragged my butt off my warm bed and ate bacon, corned beef, carbs and more carbs at 8am.

Had dinner at Cafe by the Ruins on our last night. Thanks to the reco of Tracy Dizon. We super loved it! Get the warm Basil bread with Liver Pate for appetizer. Yumburgers!

Ordered the melt in your mouth Bagnet with fish sauce.

And strawberries and cream/strawberry sorbet for dessert.

FALL WINTER

Going to Baguio in about 8 hours. High of 21 degrees celsius low of 10. Laveeeeet!!! So anyhoo, any cool recommendations? Restos, shopping and what not? Staying till Wednesday so lemme know!

I'm not sure, maybe because its called Milo Dinosaur or maybe because Milo reminds me of childhood, or both. But I just luuuurve this drink from Toastbox in Greenbelt 5. Oh, and the Hainanese chicken isn't so bad too. =) I want to try the french toast next!

DENIM REVOLUTION

I can't help taking Geralds photo every time I'm in Zara. He's always so put together but with a quirky twist. Purple laces on his derby's. Drop crotch on the trousers, and a slim ribbon on the neck. Haylaveeet.
